Return Window
You have 21 days (3 weeks) from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

2. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt.

3. We will include the return address after you initiate the return.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
